The Artha EDU app requests permission to use your device's Camera. This permission is strictly required only for recording attendance by scanning QR codes on student and teacher ID cards. We do not record photos or videos or send them to external servers without your explicit permission under any circumstances.

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing accounts for teachers, students, and parents.
• Accurately and quickly recording class attendance via QR codes.
• Monitoring exam marks and monthly class fee payments.
• Sending institutional notifications, messages, and other important announcements (Broadcast messages) to users.
• Ensuring the security and reliability of the system.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Artha Education Institute does not sell or provide any of your personal information to external parties, advertising agencies, or other third parties. This data is used strictly for the institute's internal educational and administrative purposes.

We use standard secure methodologies (Secure Data Storage, Password Hashing - Bcrypt) to protect your data. Your passwords are encrypted and stored, and all necessary technical steps have been taken to prevent unauthorized access.

You have the ability to update your personal information at any time through the "Profile Settings" in the app. If you need to permanently delete any data or your account, it can be securely requested and done through the institute administration (Admin).
